The past month has been has been a real test of keeping calm while the pandemic evolves around us and and seeing the effects that are being brought to the surface.
Whilst mastering how to keep growing a buisness in such uncertain times and being tasked with employing a new team of people to help develop the buisness and keep moving forward can leave you with some very long tiring days when all you feel like you are doing is getting no where, having to dig deep and find the next gear I think I can say now that I can see just a small light at the end of the tunnel, persevering and never giving in is where success begins.
